About FAID
Built by fathers. Focused on accountability.
Who we are
FAID—Fathers Against Impaired Driving—exists to turn real loss into real prevention. Our programs center fathers' stories, clear education, and personal accountability—not shame.
The Awareness & Accountability Program is a one-hour online course with impairment awareness videos, a quiz, written reflection, payment access, and a certificate of completion that participants may share with an attorney, judge, prosecutor, employer, or referral agency.
What we stand for
- Increase awareness of the human impact of impaired driving
- Encourage responsible decisions before keys are in hand
- Document meaningful learning with quiz + reflection
- Issue verifiable certificates without promising legal outcomes
Real stories
Short, emotional, clear videos: what happened, who was lost, and what viewers must choose differently.
No shaming language
We focus on accountability, empathy, prevention, and safer choices that families can live with.
